Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Orders above ₹999.00 qualify for FREE Delivery.
• Orders below ₹999.00 are subject to a flat shipping fee of ₹50.00.
• Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days across India depending on the pincode. Delivered via our logistics partner **Shiprocket**.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics bottlenecks, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Adic products private limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or reach out to our support team with unboxing video references to help resolve the issue.
